Donnie and Angela Shaw Endowed Scholarship

The Donnie and Angela Shaw Endowed Scholarship was established in July of 2022. Donnie and his wife, Angela, created this scholarship to provide opportunities to those most in need of a helping hand in affording to attend college. Donnie served on the board of the Greenville Tech Foundation for a number of years and he and his wife both are strongly committed to their faith and their community. They believe in the transformative power of education and understand that there are many in our community who do not have the same resources. This scholarship is designed to provide hope and the path to a brighter future for students in the years to come. Students eligible for this scholarship are those enrolled in certificate, diploma, degree, or vocational programs at the College. A student must have and maintain at least a “C” average or 2.0 GPA at the College, or from previous high school or college academic work if not previously enrolled at the College. For this scholarship, the Committee will give preference to students who have attended or participated in programs from either the Frazee Center or Bel-Aire Community Partners.
