Sudduth Family Endowed Scholarship Fund

This Fund was established by David and Kathy Sudduth in February of 2022 as a way of sharing their material blessings with others who have the same dream of improving their lives through higher education. David attended Greenville Technical College in 1986-87 after serving four years in the US Navy. He graduated from Clemson University in 1990 with a degree in Financial Management. He later completed his MBA at Clemson by attending night courses while working full-time and is employed by the Medical College of SC (MUSC) and leads numerous health initiatives serving rural and underserved communities in SC. Kathy graduated from Clemson University in 1976 with a degree in Nursing and recently retired after 46 years serving in both adult and pediatric Neurology with Prisma Health. Both Kathy and David are the first in their families to attend college.

Students eligible for this scholarship are those enrolled in certificate, diploma, degree, or vocational programs at the College. A student must have and maintain at least a “C” average or 2.0 GPA at the College, or from previous high school or college academic work if not previously enrolled at the College. Preference will be given to students with demonstrated financial need.
