Strategic Development Group Advanced Manufacturing Scholarship

SDG is a site selection firm that helps manufacturing companies identify and evaluate locations for new manufacturing facilities. Because of this work, it recognizes the critical importance of advanced manufacturing training and the benefits it provides to a community. Supporting students in our community who want to improve their skills is an important element of SDG’s culture. This scholarship will be used to provide awards for students enrolled at Greenville Technical College and may be used to pay eligible educational expenses for recipients, such as tuition, fees, books, and supplies. A student must have and maintain at least a 2.0 GPA at the College, or from previous high school or college academic work to be eligible for the scholarship. Preference will be given to students enrolled in manufacturing programs to include: Mechatronics, CNC Machining, Machine Tool Technology, or the Applied Bachelor’s degree in Advanced Manufacturing Technology.
