Caroline and Elizabeth Lander Endowed Scholarship

The Caroline and Elizabeth Lander Endowed Scholarship was established in September of 2022. Caroline and Elizabeth Lander are sisters who come from a family of educators and were taught to believe that education is a key component of a happy life. Their hope is that this scholarship will provide selected students with the means to fulfill their educational goals and enjoy the benefits that a solid education provides. Elizabeth retired from Greenville Technical College after a tenure of 14 years as a psychology faculty member. Caroline retired from the Montgomery County, Maryland School District where she worked as an Occupational Therapist serving special needs students.

Students eligible for this scholarship are those enrolled in certificate, diploma, degree, or vocational programs at the College. Students must be enrolled in the fieldwork portion of Phase II of the Occupational Therapy Assistant associate degree curriculum, program at GTC and have a minimum 2.5 GPA in the completion of the ten prerequisite courses.
