Fuller Group Endowed Scholarship

The Fuller Group Endowed Scholarship was established in November of 2022. The Fuller Group, LLC is a consulting firm that provides engineering and building envelope services to architects, contractors, and others in the building construction industry. The founder, Mr. Bill Fuller, received a diploma of architectural drafting from Durham, Technical Institute in 1978 and eventually became a successful entrepreneur and business owner. Mr. Fuller credits the skills he received at the technical college for encouraging him to further his education in engineering at NC State University, later becoming a professional structural engineer. Fuller Group recognizes the importance of skilled designers with an education in Architectural Engineering Technology and often employs them to be part of their design teams. For theses reasons, Fuller Group supports the mission of Greenville Technical College and has established this scholarship to help those students enrolled in the AET program achieve their goals.

Students eligible for this scholarship are those enrolled in certificate, diploma, degree, or vocational programs at the College. A student must have and maintain at least a “C” average or 2.5 GPA at the College, or from previous high school or college academic work if not previously enrolled at the College. For this scholarship, the Committee will give preference to students who are enrolled in the Architectural Engineering Technology Program.
