G. Frederick and Kay M. Payne Leadership Scholarship

Established in 1998 by G. Fred Payne, William M. Payne and other members of their family to honor their parents, Fred N. and Lota G. Payne. The G. Frederick and Kay M. Payne Leadership fund is a tangible expression of the Payne family’s commitment to excellence in technical education and to encourage students to strive for excellence in school and to continue their education at Greenville Technical College. Awarded to students demonstrating academic achievement and financial need with leadership positions in school activities, student government, church, or other community based organizations. To remain eligible recipients must maintain a 2.0 GPA.
