Kenneth E. and Janet D. Bruning Scholarship

Jan and Ken Bruning established this scholarship because of their strong belief in education and how it empowers people and provides opportunities throughout the community. Both Jan and Ken know and appreciate the value of an education and are particularly interested in helping students who need added assistance due to a disability. The scholarship will provide funds for students enrolled at Greenville Technical College and will be used to pay eligible educational expenses for recipients, such as tuition, fees, books, and supplies. Students eligible for this scholarship must be enrolled in certificate, diploma, degree, or vocational programs at the College. A student must have and maintain at least a “C” average or 2.0 GPA at the college, or from previous high school or college academic work. Preference will be given to students who are registered with the Disability Services Program at Greenville Technical College.
