Spinx Endowed Scholarship for Culinary Studies

Spinx was formed by Stewart Spinks in 1972 with a home heating oil delivery service and one convenience store in Greenville. Today, the company operates 81 convenience stores with more than 1,400 associates. Spinx is passionate about fulfilling people’s everyday needs by providing quality services in a clean, safe and convenient environment. Spinx has been very philanthropic in the markets in which it operates and has been extremely generous to the Greenville Tech Foundation. This endowed scholarship was created to give students the opportunity to get an education they might not be able to afford and because of the recognition of Stewart Spinks that a good job improves the lives of not only the job holder but also of their entire family.
